WELCOME

Psychotherapy can be a space to pause and to give attention to what is present, at your own pace and in your own way.
I accompany people in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and in finding new ways of relating to themselves and their lives.
I am a psychotherapist in training under supervision and work within the integrative Gestalt Therapy approach.
My practice is located in Floridsdorf.
Therapy sessions are available on Tuesdays.
Who I Work With
At the moment, I work with adults. I do not currently offer psychotherapy for children or
adolescents.
If you
– feel a sense of emotional distress,
– often feel “low in mood” or exhausted,
– have difficulties with yourself or with others,
– have had distressing or traumatic experiences and still feel their effects,
– experience a lot of anxiety,
– feel uncomfortable in your body,
– struggle with your emotions or thoughts,
– or simply want to get to know yourself better,
then you are in the right place with me.
Process
Getting in touch
You can contact me by phone, text message, or email. Tell me briefly what brings you to
therapy, and we will arrange an appointment for the initial session.
Initial session
In the initial session, we get to know each other. You can share what is currently on your mind,
and together we can explore whether we can work well together.
Therapeutic Process
Therapy usually takes place on a weekly basis. The topics we talk about and the focus of our
work develop over the course of the therapeutic process. When you notice that you feel more stable and are able to handle your topics well, we can bring
the therapy to a close together.
Framework
Fee
95 euros per session (initial and regular sessions).
I currently do not work with health insurance providers; reimbursement is therefore not
possible at this time.
Payment is made via bank transfer based on the invoice (no cash payments).
For people in financially challenging situations, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee
sessions. Please feel free to speak to me about this. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged in full.
Duration
The length of therapy is individual and depends on your personal situation. Often, therapy takes
place over a period of approximately one to one and a half years, sometimes shorter or
longer.
Ethics
I work in accordance with the Austrian Psychotherapy Act and the applicable professional
ethical guidelines.
This includes adherence to confidentiality obligations.
As a psychotherapist in training under supervision, I regularly have my therapeutic work
supervised in an anonymised and confidential manner. This serves quality assurance and
responsible therapeutic practice.

Integrative Gestalt Therapy
About the Method
My work is based on integrative Gestalt therapy.
At its core is a focus on the here and now: How do you experience yourself in this moment?
What do you notice? What is present right now?
A central element of this approach is awareness, the conscious noticing of thoughts,
emotions, bodily sensations, and inner movements. The aim is not immediate change, but
understanding how something happens and what exactly is taking place. In Gestalt therapy,
we are often more interested in the how than in the why.
I enjoy working with creative methods in therapy. This may include drawing, painting,
movement, voice, or other forms of creative expression. Therapeutic insights are equally
valuable whether they emerge through serious dialogue or through a shared creative process, even if that process feels playful, childlike, or light.
Gestalt therapy is a process.
I am not here to fix you. I accompany you on your path, offering both professional expertise and
human connection, and support you in navigating your difficulties.
At times, it may be helpful to consider collaboration with a psychiatrist or to undergo
psychological assessment, if this supports self-awareness and self-regulation. This, too, can
be part of a responsible therapeutic approach.
In Gestalt therapy, we work together to slow things down, to develop a deeper contact with
yourself, and to find more supportive ways of relating to symptoms and challenges.
About me
I was born in Kazakhstan, grew up in Siberia, and have been living in Austria since 2016.
From an early age, my life has been shaped by different cultures and languages. I have always been fascinated by how different we are as people - and at the same time, how similar. Often,
we use different words to describe very similar inner processes.
I speak Russian as my native language and am fluent in German and English. I also have a basic understanding of French and Italian.
